Becoming a Member

Why join the Coalition?

Meaningful change happens when providers work together. Tap any item below to see what membership unlocks.

Share Best Practices & Resources

Stop solving the same problems alone. Members exchange proven strategies, templates, and resources so your organization can move faster and operate smarter.

Solve Workforce Challenges Together

Recruitment and retention are the biggest pressures facing providers today. The Coalition creates a space to tackle staffing challenges collectively and share what actually works.

Advocate With a Unified Voice

One provider is easy to overlook. A coalition is not. Together we advocate for policies that support providers and the individuals with I/DD they serve across Illinois.

Build Strategic Partnerships

Connect with organizations and stakeholders who share your mission — opening the door to collaboration, referrals, and partnerships that strengthen everyone involved.

Improve Service Quality & Sustainability

Shared knowledge and collective problem-solving help members raise the quality of care while building organizations that are financially and operationally sustainable.

Strengthen Illinois's Provider Community

By bringing organizations together around common goals, the Coalition builds a stronger, more connected I/DD service system throughout the state.
