EZ Case Management is designed with HIPAA privacy principles in mind and includes features intended to support providers in protecting confidential information. To minimize the storage of Protected Health Information (PHI), agencies are encouraged to use individual initials and internal agency identifiers rather than full names whenever possible. The platform is intended to support compliance tracking rather than function as an electronic health record (EHR).
User access is role-based, agencies control user permissions, and each organization maintains its own data. Providers remain responsible for configuring and using the platform in accordance with applicable HIPAA requirements, organizational policies, and any Business Associate Agreement (BAA) or security obligations that apply to their use.
Monthly plans based on the number of individuals served.
