If you are just starting off we give you the support necessary to become a brand new provider. If you are established agency we come alongside you to assist you in maintaining high quality services.

New Agency

CILA/Day Services Startups

If you plan to start as a new CILA or Day Services provider, TPSG (The Provider Support Group) will guide and assist you through the entire DHS process. Once your agency has been granted a provisional license, contracted development services can begin.

Client Program Files

We provide all the required forms for client files. Our templates are personalized with agency info and logo. They are predominately dynamic, which means they have auto formatting fields that adjust to the length of text inserted. The templates are created as personalized secured PDF files and can be signed digitally with signature pads. Agencies can utilize our templates to develop a paperless process.

Agency Policy Packages Our policy packages have been thoroughly developed to be inclusive of all the state requirements. We also inform the agency as to which policies require procedures.

Training (Illinois Only)

We provide the required QIDP and DSP training for agencies. We only utilize the agency training programs that have been approved by DHS. If an agency does not have a training program, we can provide the agency with a QIDP and/or DSP training program and assessments to be approved by DHS.

We have Social Service Agency templates available, ready for use and personalization. All of our are templates are in secured static and/or dynamic PDF formats; most can be signed electronically with a digital pad. We personalize our templates with your agency logo and/or agency name.

Agency Development

Quality Assurance TPSG completes survey semi-annually to ensure agency compliance with state requirements and code. Agency surveys are conducted for 2-3 business days and the written assessment is provided within 3 business days. In addition to completing the survey, TPSG provides the agency with an assessment as to how the agency services can be enhanced pass state requirements.(as necessary)

Program Development

Are you a provider planning to add a new service? TPSG offers Day Services and CILA program development services in which we are equipped to develop specialized programs from the ground up. We develop all of the necessary materials, program schedules, and plans. We also offer training for the staff that will be implementing the services in the new program.

QIDP Services

We provide QIDP service coordination to CILA, Day Services, HBS, and Supported Employment Programs. We fulfill the QIDP responsibilities required by DHS for agencies. (Job Descriptions/Contract Provided)

QIDP Consultant/Development

We provide QIDP expertise to agencies and also inexperienced QIDP’s for providers. (Job Description/Contract Provided)
